We couldn’t wait to share Aliza & Franky’s wedding with you. We met Aliza & Franky at the beginning of August, after they saw our Tiktok and contacted us about helping with their January wedding. Our planning process is pretty straightforward; we have a range of packages that work great for most of our couples. Specific requests and customizations are possible; you tell us what you want and we make it happen!
Over the past six months, we exchanged emails and had a few video chats. We set everything up for them, advising them as only someone who lives here on the island can. In what seemed like no time at all, Aliza & Franky were in Puerto Rico with their loved ones, ready to get married!
When guests walk through the gates at Hacienda222, they are blown away with the stunning, breathtaking view. Perhaps the number one comment we hear is that “photos and videos just don’t do it justice.” (And we’ve tried!) Sometimes people get emotional and we have to give them a moment to take it all in. We love sharing this stunning view and the untouched beauty of west Puerto Rico with our guests!
After taking in the view our gets are greeted by our welcome committee of friendly miniature animals. Here our mini donkey, Plena (his brother is Bomba), says a warm hello while he poses for some hugs.
The gardens at Hacienda222 are a source of great pride and a beautiful compliment to that ocean view! It’s the ultimate in farm-to-table dining, as guests can walk around the beautiful raised beds where their own produce was grown (and harvested only hours before their wedding!). Our dinosaur kale is thriving this time of year, and our homemade ‘kaleslaw’ with passionfruit viniagrette is a popular side dish at many of our events. With our grass-fed filet mignon (or pork shoulder), local fish, and much more, a Hacienda222 meal is perhaps the most authentic farm-to-table dining option on the island.

In keeping with tradition, Franky and Aliza did not see each other before the ceremony on the day of their wedding. Franky took some time to take a deep breath and take in the views.
While Franky took in the view, Aliza had a quiet moment to reflect before she walked down the aisle. Here she stands next to our beautiful copper rain chains that serve to collect rainwater and keep Hacienda222 off the grid. What this means for your day is that even if Puerto Rico was without water or power, your wedding could still go on and be stunning!
An experienced wedding officiant is included in all of our packages, however, we are also happy to customize your day according to your vision. Aliza & Franky kept it in the family; the bride’s stepfather officiated the ceremony, honoring the traditions of their religion.
Many of our couples come to us because they live off the island and they want a wedding solution where everything is taken care of for them. We offer amazing photography in all of our packages. Your photographer will know your wedding location well and will have a plan for your day in mind. As always, we are happy to customize this service with your own ideas, drone photography, or additional photography time. We build your wedding day timeline to ensure plenty of time photos with all of your loved ones, as well as romantic photos of the two of you as a couple.
The wedding day of Aliza & Franky was just magical. We feel so fortunate to have been a part of their unforgettable day!
