our signature wedding video captures your special day in Puerto Rico. This is not your grandmother’s wedding video. This video features drone photography and will transport your back to this magical day.

With our proven process, there are no hidden fees, no visits to the medical or government offices while in Puerto Rico, and no need to think about paperwork after you send us everything electronically before you travel. The only out-of-pocket expense is the cost of the required lab tests (if a free option is not available). We take care of all processing and follow-up. Your marriage certificate is mailed to your home within 1 month of your wedding.

Our hair & makeup artist will come to you on the day of your wedding to help you get camera ready before you step foot outside.

Stay across the street from Hacienda222! The wedding day casita is perfect for so many reasons. Book it for your entire stay in Puerto Rico or as space to get ready on your wedding day. This will save you from having to worry about traveling, or changing into your wedding dress on your big day. This is also a great addition to your wedding if you’d like photos of you and your wedding party getting ready. If you have guests that tend to be late, the wedding day casita is a great pre-wedding gathering spot. The wedding day casita is also a wonderful option for people who do not want to drive after the festivities have ended.

Keep the party going with additional hours at Hacienda222. Includes extended bar service, access to Hacienda222, and DJ. Recommended for groups with more than 30 guests.

Let us help you arrange transportation for your guests. We have options for guests staying in West Puerto Rico as well as San Juan. Pricing depends on group size and distance. Ask us for more information.

$45 Includes whiskey, rum, vodka & tequila with basic mixers. Added to the bar offerings included in your package. The bar stays open for the duration of your celebration.

Enjoy a toast with our house-made, hacienda grown coquito, a yummy coconut and rum drink. Available without alcohol as well. Treat your guests to this delicious Puerto Rican tradition.

Add a cocktail hour after your wedding ceremony. This will ensure your guests are having a great time while you take photos. This includes an extra hour at Hacienda222 including DJ and Bar as well as chef’s choice passed canapes for your guests. $750 minimum.

An unforgettable and authenticaly Puerto Rican celebration. We’ll roast a pig on site at your wedding!

$750 for groups with fewer than 50 guests. $950 for more than 50 guests.

Welcome your guests with a custom-painted wood sign, letting them know they’ve come to the right place!

Customize your wedding with a signature color scheme. Choose from champagne, sage, aqua, violet or pink. We’ll provide romantic draped fabric and coordinating chair ribbons in the color of your choice.

Adding drone photography to your wedding package will result in stunning works of art. These are the pictures that you’ll want to hang over the mantle to wow everyone who comes into your home. You’ll receive 12 -20 drone photographs from our FAA certified drone pilot photographer.

Get adventurous, amazing professional photos, including aerial shots from one of our FAA-certified drone pilots, with this 1-hour photo session soon after your wedding day. You’ll receive a curated album including 100 gallery-quality digital images and 8-10 drone photos.

Our celebration package includes one hour of photography for your ceremony and one hour for the festivities. Add photography time to capture the entire event. Additional photography time can also be used for a first look at a nearby beach location or for getting ready photos at your nearby hotel or rental. 

Before the festivities begin, steal a moment away with your love for a romantic first look moment for just the two of you at a nearby beach.

Our celebration package includes one hour of videography to capture your special day. This results in our stunning wedding video, example here. Add to the footage from your wedding video with getting ready video or more video time at your celebration.  Additional videography time will result in more time with your videographer, the time of the final video will not change.

Add stations to your celebration! Give your guests a little something extra with stations. We have many choose from or let us know your ideas! Pricing will vary by the station and guest count:

mimosa, champagne, cupcake, lechon, paella, coco frio, pitorro, piragua, sangria, montaditos, pasteles, taco, coquito, animal (meet our mini donkeys), karaoke, live art, panaderia, pincho, pastelillo station, picadera, and surtido stations

Add a special element to your ceremony or celebration with live music. Choose between a guitarist or a cello and violin duo to play during your ceremony. We can also arrange for a band to play at your reception (this would be customized pricing).

Add a fun surprise to your reception with our 360 degree photobooth. Your guests will have a blast with the props and the fantastic view! Includes 2 hours of service.

Play cornhole, dominoes, life-size jenga & bocce. Always a hit with guests of all ages!

Enjoy a rehearsal dinner at Hacienda222. A great way to have all your out-of-town guests together in one place ahead of the big day!
